"Very low ceilings, tiny bathroom, door would not shut completely, and would open, must prop it to keep closed, no exhaust fan either. The sink and vanity are smaller than what would be expected in a small camper or Childs playhouse. Room smelled of cigarette smoke but had asked for non smoking room. beds were comfortable but floors were dirty, hair in sink, and drain seemed to be clogged. TV cable didnt work, we were told to call Verizon for help. We thought that was weird. Lancaster is a great little town, the shops and restaurants were great, the people were nice except the lady behind the desk she was very rude when we tried to explain our disappointments in the room, and basically told us we couldnt write a review because they had last say ?? rude should be her name tag. we will return to Lancaster in the future, but we will avoid the Lancaster Motel. and would not recommend it to anyone."
