"The server was attentive and friendly. The coffee was delicious. The French toast was perfectly baked on the outside, a good amount of dense moisture in the middle. The sausage, eggs Benedict and tailgate? Omelett was so delicious. The convicted cattle cock was also great, but if you're looking for this cheap stuff in a can, that's not a fat. Oh! "Worst customer service and the most unprofessional condescending management I ever ever dealt with. I’d like to know what qualifies her as a manager because she failed miserably. The “dinner salad” fit in the palm of my hand, did not even come close to looking like the picture on the menu, and with the bacon and egg that I added on this little snack cost me $11. It was called a dinner salad and put right by the main menu salads on the menu. The meal, if you could call it that, was definitely a side salad but it was not listed under side salads. The salad that was included with our monster burger was actually larger than this meal. With that being said, the real issue here is we called the restaurant thinking perhaps a mistake was made. This conversation could’ve gone entirely different but instead the rude, disrespectful “manager “made this a situation that lost a lot of customers. I put her on speakerphone and the conversation was recorded and Sadly, this local establishment has lost six families of customers that eat at this Red Robin at least once a month."

"Horrible establishment! They were over a hour late for delivery and called to check the status and said it was on the way, then 40mins later called again and they said it is ready for pick up.... even though it was prepaid for delivery and included a generous tip....the manager was sooo incredibly rude when we finally got to speak to her. We were loyal customers for 5 years and ordered food almost every 2 weeks or so and have had mistakes here and there but it was corrected. However this experience was so incredibly bad and the manager so was unbelievably rude that we will never be ordering from Marcos again."
