"This restaurant is a gem! Presentation, concept, food and drinks are exceptional and incredibly delicious. The food is completely vegan and is complemented with a wide accompaniment of drinking options, which can either be paired with a menu or enjoyed on their own. "Excellent food and excellent service! Plain and simple! They served me the best foie gras I 've ever had; the pairing with ginger is a stroke of genious! I also had the veal 'en crouton ' which was absolutely amazing. The snowball for dessert topped the meal off brilliantly. The sommelier made spot-on wine pairings for all the courses, making the meal come together perfectly! The staff are very knowledgeable and service-minded and made this a perfect evening for me. An obvious Michelin star candidate in my opinion."
