Buer is today Norway's largest bakery specializing in traditional Norwegian flatbreads with approximately 50 employees. Over the years, we have evolved into a high-tech company, but at the core of it all are many traditions that have been passed down. Our products are still cooked in the unique way on an open griddle. We still receive our potatoes from local farmers and our production is still located in Askim.
