First of all bravo for the concept.What to say, if at home you don't usually eat tagines from the mom, we can enjoy. "We were a little apprehensive as we do not speak French but wanted a proper french evening meal. We did not need to worry as we were put at ease, as soon as we arrived, by our host for the evening.
