"In my opinion, La Trave and host Franca can be described as an example of the ideal Osteria. All that is good about the Italian kitchen is on display here. Fresh, local seasonal ingredients (finferle mushrooms for us), a focus on perfectly prepared pastas and of course meats from the spit , a Veneto specialty. "First, the restaurant is stunning, it has a small hidden terrace covered with vines and a beautiful interieur classic design that made me feel at home. we ate like gods, the menu was well balanced between the mouth water classic dishes from veneto .and their new exquisite international dishes such as chicken curry. the service was delightful, the waitress made a lot for us, which felt very comfortable. I had a spectacular dinner and this review makes me want again. yp it is decided that I will be back tomorrow for another sensational Italian meal!"

"10 years in Texas and I know my smoked meat. After living here in Italy for 5 years I finally have a taste of home. The cook is American so he knows his meat and his sauces. Two of us had pulled pork which was extremely tender, juicy, and flavorful. You can tell the meat is slow cooked in the smoker. Mine was with southern BBQ sauce and my mom had the beer BBQ sauce, both amazing. The other two of us had the classic burger and special burger, both big and juicy as well, with all fresh toppings. French fries were crispy, light and paired with a special sauce. We were all very happy with the food. They had beers on tap ranging from IPA to lager and were a perfect pairing to the meal. The waiter was hilarious and treated us like old friends. The atmosphere is that of an old neighborhood pub, which I love. We sat indoors because of the rain, but there is a nice outdoor area as well. Prices are extremely reasonable in my opinion given the quality of the food and the size. Overall we loved it, which is why we went back the next night as well!"
