"We visited this restaurant for the second time now and since we are lucky to have a very broad international comparison to other top class restaurants we can definitely say that this place deserves his rank in the top league of haute cuisine. It is...especially a pleasure for me (Austrian nationality but living abroad) to say this unbiased but with a little bit of pride. Elevating Austrian cuisine to the level of top class is not easy, since our traditional food is rather rough, farmers food alike and not very refined it is a serious challenge for every chef to stay truthful to the cooking tradition but give it a lighter twist. Triad's chef achieves though to put traditional austrian dishes on the refined level that really puts it on par with any haute cuisine. For that reason this restaurant deserves all the praises that are possible. I also want to add that they are very very dedicated to please customers and make them feel good. Only one thing for the English speaking community the menu is only available in German, but there is always somebody around to help and explain and translate. A delightful experience for the taste !"

"In den letzten Tagen konnten wir kurzfristig hintereinander in den Genuß eines kulinarischen Juwels mit Familienbetrieb in Pinkafeld kommen.Empfohlen von Bekannten aus dem veganen/vegetarischen Bereich, fanden wir dieses versteckte, von außen relativ unscheinbare Restaurant.Man muss sich das Schild über dem Eingang auch wirklich sorgfältig durchlesen: "... Szemes.net(t)". Nett ist der Empfang und das Service allemal mindestens. Diese Idee finden wir sehr gelungen und innovativ.Beim Betreten des sauber eingerichteten Speiselokales wurden wir von einer jungen, äußerst kompetenten Dame überaus höflich empfangen und freundlich zu unserem Tisch geleitet. Dieses kundenorientierte Verhalten wurde während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes in aller Professionalität beibehalten. Wir erlebten am Nebentisch schwierige Gäste. Auch da blieb die junge Dame ruhig, korrekt und freundlich.Das Restaurant ist für Fleischliebhaber ebenso geeignet wie für Vegetarier und sogar Veganer. Philipp Szemes zaubert regionale, traditionelle Gerichte in gleicher Weise wie verlässlich vegetarische und vegane, und alles mit besonderer Hingabe.Das Salatbuffet ist hausgemacht. Frau Maria Szemes (Seniorchefin) betreut die Gäste zusätzlich mit Schmankerln, wie burgenländischem Krautstrudel (auch in der vegetarischen Variante) und ihrer liebenswürdigen Art eines funktionierenden Familienbetriebs.Die Spargelvorspeise mit geschmolzenem Weinkäse war hervorragend (vegetarisch oder mit Vulcanoschinken).Philipp Szemes präsentierte meinem Mann Blutwurst (samt Herkunftsnamensnennung) mit Sauerkraut, beim ersten Besuch Gustostücke vom Lamm. Beides war erstklassig zubereitet.Als Vegetarierin bekam ich Bärlauchrisotto mit gerösteten Stengeln, frittiertem Blatt, Bärlauchpesto und in Essig eingelegten Blattspitzen. Es war ein Traum.(siehe Foto 1)Zum Nachtisch wurde Rhabarbersorbet im Holundersüppchen mit Blütenstaub undin Cassis eingelegter Rhabarber sowieRhabarberkuchen gereicht.(siehe Foto 2)Wir waren außerordentlich begeistert und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch."
