I stopped here while in ASPEN to get a quick and light lunch after a long morning of hiking. The line was long and out the door but it was moving and went by quickly. The options are great and very unique such as a Thai wrap with rice in it. We ended up getting that and it was hot and amazing and well made. Food is excellent. Healthy ingredients. Huge portions. Very filling. Smoothies are pretty good too.
Ten years later, and I still love, love, love this place!
