Coffee experience is inconsistent.One day great...next day mediocre.Dirty crockery and when returned for clean plate, just met with a look...no apology or smile.The biggest upset was that poor fish in that tiny fish tank.I asked the staff to ask their boss to remedy the situation...Well at least I know they won't flush the poor fish down the toilet, because the toilet was broken!
