Classic Piedmont cuisine of excellent quality. ravioli with fantastic plin, exquisite calf cheek, delicious cardi zuppetta. There are also fish dishes. we have taken the pappardelle scorfano and artichokes, very delicate. beautiful bottles with very honest prices (especially when compared to those of milan.) recommended!
