"I realize packaging is expensive, but many people would prefer not to have 3 kinds of tacos jammed into one package. Some people might be averse to having their lengua all up in their barbacoa. Thats not to mention the cross contamination issues that could cause, for people with dietary restrictions. Normally tacos come with sauce on the side, maybe even two kinds. We got zero kinds. It could have helped, as the tacos were on the bland and dry side. But, they werent drier than the limes, which yielded no juice. Following on the dry theme, the enchiladas had just a couple tablespoons of sauce. Normally enchiladas are a very saucy dish."

"Absolute horrible customer service! We ordered online delivery with the impression that the restaurant had delivery. After 1 1/2 hours called the restaurant and asked for an update. We then find out it was actually through Door Dash. It said this nowhere that we could see when ordering. They told us nothing they could do as our food was picked up some time ago . Gave us the customer service for Door Dash and told us good luck. Now been on hold for Door Dash for some time. Buyer Beware!!"

"Food is amazing of course!! Also restored my faith in delivery. This is the first time in over a year where we got the food we ordered, it came on time and was still hot! "LOVE Baan Thai!! The ladies at the front are SO nice and helpful, I actually enjoy seeing them LOL! I get takeout from Baan when I want to eat a LOT and pay a LITTLE!! Also, they have vegan/vegetarian options which is really cool. My boyfriend and I usually get two noodle bowls and two apps for under $40 talk about a cheap date night!! The food is always amazing and I love how the condiments come on the side for the pho. Also love how this place has parking. So thankful this place survived the pandemic for us to discover it!! I love the tortoise at the front and all the cool decorations inside. Make sure you still tip on takeout people!!"
