Very responsive via email, I asked for a custom chocolate buttercream cake that had “Reese’s peanut butter cup” filling for 40 people. Terrible communication. I needed a cake so I inquired almost 2 weeks in advance, since I wasn’t receiving an email I called for a follow up twice. First time they said to give it more time since whoever is responding to emails just went to their office to do so. Second time I called they said they will let them know that I have called.
