Being a dog owner, I typically only gravitate to restaurants that are dog friendly in the neighborhood. Halsey’s is a great place to eat, drink, and bring your pupper ?. Staff is super cool, and have dog bowls of water available for your fur baby. Food is awesome and so are the drinks!Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Terry Richards doesn't like about Halsey's:
Poor service, good food worst **** Mary ever. Got sent here from moms next door since they did not have place but worst experience. Moms too doesn't have the best service but at least the drinks are good. Yeah good luck with your experience. Firsttime in my life not leaving a tip at all View all feedback.
The food is great. I got the pancakes and they were terrific. The vibe is enchanting and there is indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend coming here.
