This place is amazing! Amanda (who isn't the owner but really could be), is a plethora of knowledgable. She was able to recommend multiple choices for someone less than beer savvy, while being patient and personable. Nate is also amazing and was quick with help. What Rick Collier doesn't like about Singlecut Beersmiths:
The entire menu is too bitter, sour, tart and/or hoppy for my taste, just so you know what you are getting yourself into. I tried 4 beers here and they were between bad-but-tolerable (the 19 33) and so undrinkable i couldn't give it away (shadows from the flames).
