Was excited to try this place as there’s always a line. Ordered two teas and a sandwich which took 15+ minutes. While waiting, three people came back because their orders were wrong. Once ready, our order was also wrong- boba tea had no boba. The staff was dismissive and said it was an accident, but weren’t particularly helpful trying to make it right.
