Whataburger - Feedback

What Timothy McMahan likes about Whataburger:
Work graveyard shift, every Saturday morning Sunday morning eat lunch there. Always same order, burger, fries small drink. The burger is always great, but the fries are different The fries are always hot, but if store is busy the fries are very crispy (Great). But if the is not busy, the fries are still hot. The worst hamburger I have ever gotten. I ask for every thing on it and I only got meat and bread and it was cold and fries were half frozen. I don’t know the manager that was on duty. Did not say they could fix me another one or a fresh order of fries or did any of those young kids they just looked Do not eat at this restaurant it is not like it use to be who ever the manager is needs to be fired.
