Enjoy authentic Chinese food with a clean, healthy twist at our restaurant. Most dishes are gluten-free, and we offer plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Our food is free from MSG, sugar, and microwave use, with fresh, local veggies whenever possible. Sourced from the Gulf of Carpentaria, our fish is truly exciting, and our prawns and squid come from Australian waters. Our chef Jet hails from Hunan, a Chilli-loving province in China, so our spicy dishes are varied and hot. Children adore our dumplings and pork buns, while Jet's original fried rice is a hit. Come taste our Lemongrass Prawns, inspired by a family eatery in Uluwatu, Bali. Our food is not your typical Australian Chinese fare – no sweet and sour pork here.
