What User likes about Al Mezza:
The food here is very tasty and authentic, served in a lovely, friendly atmosphere. I had the Al Jabel Mezza (for two) which gives you a taste of everything. I was alone, so half was boxed up for me to take away. I recommend highly and will be back when I'm next in Athlone. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Al Mezza:
Fish overcooked, dry and bland. Just no flavour or seasoning. Starters are good but I couldn’t describe this as anything but a disappointment. With so many other good restaurants within a few minutes walk, I see no reason to choose Al Mezza View all feedback.

I will drive to Athlone from Dublin just to eat here. There is nothing that isn't delicious, and the staff treat you like family.
