"Update Januar 2023. Schließung dieses Shops/Restaurant angekündigt Januar 2023- Leider wirklich sehr schönes Angebot von diesem quirky Café und Geschenk-Shop in einem alten Hof. Viele Parkplätze, viele Tische nur etwas ist, Sie können es leicht vermissen, da offensichtliche Verkehrszeichen für diesen Ort nicht vorhanden war, wenn wir besucht. Wir waren nur fertig, als wir Autos im Parkhaus zufällig entdeckten. Insbesondere der Geschenkladen ist sehr elegant. (Übersetzt von Google) Update of January 2023. Closure of this shop/restaurant announced in January 2023- Unfortunately really very good offer of this peculiar cafe and gift shop in an old courtyard. A lot of parking, many tables, the only thing is that you can easily get lost as the obvious signage of the road did not exist for this place when we visited. We had only arrived when we saw cars in the parking lot in the back by chance. The gift shop in particular is very elegant."

"To be honest, I 'm not a lover of the seating arrangements at Hartes. I feel I 'm sitting on top of the other diners and in particular there are two tables where you 're shoulder to shoulder with the person sitting next to you. It was certainly a factor in my delayed return to this establishment . I opted for the sole in spite of having ordered a much desired glass of Shiraz and then did some soul searching (no pun intended as to the mis match between my wine and main course. The girl came back and regretfully announced that they were out of sole! I was delighted and quickly changed my order to the braised beef which after all was more in keeping with my choice of wine. I was doubly delighted when I tucked into my beef as I can safely say it was one of the most delicious main courses I have had in a very long time. Vegetables and potato mash were equally exquisite. My wife and daughter had the fish and chips and beef burger respectively, both of which were perfectly adequate but in my view didn 't come within a country mile of my own main course. My daughter, on tasting my dish said she was sorry she hadn 't gone for that. In regards to my own course I have no hesitation in giving Hartes 'five stars '"

"We got married in Rathsallagh on the 2nd of June of this year and wow.... what a day!! I have no words for how incredible the day went. Firstly , the venue is absolutely stunning !Between the grounds/the dining rooms the hotel rooms. it was just magical. The staff i have no words for either.. they were absolutely incredible and so so friendly and helpful! They made us feel so special! . All our guests were telling us on our day 2 that they couldn 't get over how amazing the staff were and that they couldn 't do enough for them! The wedding coordinators were the most friendly genuine girls who checked up on us all day to see how we were getting on! They planned the day absolutely perfectly and absolutely nothing went wrong!! The whole day went so smoothly and relaxed. (we had the sunniest day you could dream of too ! The staff in the dinner room were amazing and kept the wine flowing and honestly just lovely lads and girls! your staff are a credit to you!! The food was just amazing and people are still talking about the beef to me!! : Also, the owner Joe came up to us on the morning of the wedding and said the house is 'ours ' for the day which i thought was so lovely! and then he came up to us to say goodbye the next morning which we thought was so nice!! Also the owner has gorgeous dogs who walk around the venue during the day and we absolutely loved it! one of the dogs was sitting outside the window of our bridal suite looking up at us while we had breakfast and we loved it !! :D My guests are still talking about the day and said it was the best wedding they were at. I would recommended this venue to any couple. you will not be disappointed!! it was incredible! thank you so much to all the staff for making our wedding day just perfect!!!We can not wait to come back and visit!!!
