The staff was rude and the rooms are TERRIBLE! When dealing with front desk staff you would think that they would be courteous and helpful. But they were absolutely rude and unhelpful. In customer service you should ALWAYS be courteous and friendly. Afterall, the customers are what keep your business going. Next time we will definitely find other accomodations! read more.
