I go to Auntie Anne stores all the time. This is a great location with Awesome customer service. The pretzels are always hot and fresh. They do a great job of managing the lunchtime rush. This location is in the food court of perimeter mall so there is plenty of parking. Its right by the escalators so its easy to access and leave as to avoid mall traffic. Horrible customer service. I came there Tuesday 1 4 2022 around 3pm. I wanted a pretzel. All they had was two large pretzel nuggets. There's no telling how old those were and I didn't ask for bites I wanted a pretzel. The other workers were in the process of making pretzels. I actually would have waited.
