What Jaydon Conn doesn't like about Big Easy Grille:
I ordered a shrimp basket last week. There was a hair in the food, I sent an email with a picture and called. No answer. I would rather have spoken to someone instead of posting this, but the fact that no one comes out speaks volumes about the institution. View all feedback. What Dominique Brown likes about Big Easy Grille:
This place is a hidden gem. My friends and I enjoyed our drinks and appetizers. The best appetizer was a toss between the alligator bites and crab claws. My red beans and rice were perfect! View all feedback.

read moreRecent reviews for this Louisiana-style restaurant have been mixed. Some diners have complained about incorrect orders, poor customer service, and disappointing food quality. However, others have raved about the delicious dishes, welcoming ambiance, and excellent service they experienced. The menu offers classic Cajun options like alligator bites, gumbo, jambalaya, and shrimp po' boys. Prices are reasonable, but some dishes may be overpriced. Overall, despite some negative feedback, this restaurant may still be worth a visit for those looking to enjoy authentic Louisiana cuisine in a relaxed setting.
