First, David our server, greeted us and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. His service was more than outstanding!! The food was fresh and wonderdul. We had the gumbo, excellent flavor as was the fried shrimp oysters. Both cooked to perfection. Cod fish platter was wonderful, hush puppies were smashing! Torn on this spot. Pros: funky/fun atmosphere, fun staff!Cons: parking sucks. Some of the dishes are your normal fried seafood, nothing special. People who are into the Vietnamese menu items might like the food a bit more. They were out of Mexican coke. ?Overall it’s not bad, but also not somewhere I feel the need to go back though I might go to try the crab legs boil as that’s not easy to find in the city.
