"My boyfriend and I got a couple vegan bowls, which, with tofu added, are about $14 each. The portions were small, there were hardly any veggies, and the food was pretty bland. Not terrible, but also not special or worth the price. Not a place I’d eat at a again."

"I usually have a great experience at La Grotta but this time was a bit different. Although my fiancé food (tenderloin) was very tasty, unfortunately my food was not. I got the mushroom risotto which I’ve gotten many times before but this time it very bland which was especially disappointing considering I’ve waited weeks for this reservation. Our server also seemed disengaged and was not up to the usual standards. We may need to take a break from the restaurant and hope that the time that passes will wash away the memory of this most recent experience."

"A perfect spot for a lunch date. They take reservations! And I was greeted warmly. The menu was full of fresh ingredients and offered something for everyone. Small plates, lovely salads, a soup/salad and sandwich combo, more substantial entrees, etc. They even have a full bar and an excellent cocktail menu and a wide choice of wines. And when were done with our meal, I appreciated that no one rushed us out the door. And it looks like the patio will be open for business soon. My only (very small complaint) was that parking was tough. I had to park around the corner in front of the movie theatre. But not a big deal at all."

"Incredible quality and customer service. Absolutely love everything about this business. There are three fresh choices daily: chocolate, vanilla, and the flavor of the day. They also have past daily flavors available in to-go portions, so you can always have some in stock at home. You can also call ahead and ask them to save some for you. My favorite is Mint Oreo. These pictures were taken the same month my Son was born. Every time we go, we take pictures of him on the blue bench inside. Southern Custard is one of our absolute favorite places in Atlanta, and I hope it becomes one of yours as well."
