My wife and I celebrated our 29th anniversary at Hal?s. We couldn?t be happier that we did. We had a reservation for 8pm but arrived early. They quickly found us a table. This place is ridiculously over priced. It was loud and too may people squeezed in one space. Our table was right next to the people next to us I could have took food off their table we were so close. The AC had to be broken it was so hot on the secondfloor. I go out and eat a lot, maybe a little bit too much, but last nights experience was one of the best I have ever had ! I have eaten here a few times in the past, but it has been awhile since my last appearance. My son turned 18 last night and he had never been, so 5 of us showed up and from start to finish it was an awesome time and Sammy treated us all like Family !! The Wine list is one of the best, an the Surf n Turf is a Huge favorite for myself and my son Taylor !! I’m not waiting for a special occasion next time to enjoy dinner here, I’m thinking about coming back again this Friday night for more !!
Been here so many times over the years and food is always 'dead on ' consistent! The Hal 's Ribeye as always was unbelievable and the sides outstanding as well. Been to ALL the great steakhouses in and around Atlanta and other cities in the states and internationally...Hal 's is right there at the top! For those that have rated this place below a 4 or 5...it is probably because of the ambiance and they prefer a 'stuffy ' pretentious steakhouse. This is one of the selling points of Hal 's, the laid back atmosphere while getting some of the finest food in Atlanta!

Great steak. I asked for my Bone In Ribeye Pittsburgh style with a warm red center. It was everything that I asked for. My wife got the Filet medium rare and it was amazing as well. I recommend the mushrooms and creamed spinach as well. Great service as well. Wonderful experience all around
Went on a slow night with my husband and everything was spot on delicious. Had the best wine and perfect service. Highly recommend !
