I was very impressed by the ambience and décor. I loved the attention to details that incorporated the Vietnamese and French styles. it was so loud, we had to scream to be heard. while we didn't order any appetizers, our drinks arrived only after we had served our meals. that was okay. the only season of the red snaps was what was poured on. there was a great effort to deliver the showmanship, the whole fish and the flaming desert. read more.
