Wonderful and professional service. Well managed and an extensive menu. Our steak was cooked to medium rare. It came out less than warm to the bite as if it sat for a good bit before being brought to our table. Next time, and I will go again, I will not have it taken off the bone and sliced for sharing. I think that’s what dropped the temp as it rested a long time and then waited to be sliced. View all feedback.
