i downloaded yelp to write about how bad my experience at this panera was. i ordered three things: ice coffee, fruit and a bagel. they forgot my fruit, gave me a hot coffee and did not toast my bagel. i had arrived at 10:27 am and their lunch menu was up. when i asked for a sandwich, the woman proceeded to change the lunch menu to breakfast and then immediately after i had ordered she changed the menu back to lunch....
