What Sebastian Steinbach doesn't like about Southern Exchange Ballrooms:
I will NEVER come and work for this company again! As a qwick employee I'm just so disappointed in how they treat their house employees and their temp employees. Chef Jean Claude has a ego bigger than the door! He does nothing but stay on his phone and degrades the staff. You should be ashamed of yourselves, bc you won't have temp employees either!
