Maybe one of the best meals I’ve had in a year or more—capped off by great cocktails and exceptional service from our waiter, Val. He was attentive without being intrusive and took exceptional care of us. The glazed short rib was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The bread with chive oil was a delightful surprise. This was by far the worst experience at an STK establishment that I’ve ever had. The wait staff were not accommodating for a reservation that we’ve had for over a week.
