. I had to come and put my review in after eating trash Jamaican food up here in St. Paul. The consistency is there! The cabbage is always perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cut perfectly even. The peas n rice is seasoned well and not bland at all. And the plantains are always properly caramelized. The portions are good for the price. And the chicken always falls off the bone. The j seasoning is perfection. I love Taste of Tropical and will visit every time I come to Atlanta as long as they are open. Maybe there is better out there but I’ve tried quite a few spots and no one is as consistent and cooked well every time. And I lived in Atlanta for 16 years prior to 2017…so they have longevity. I love them!.
