What User doesn't like about The Food Shoppe:
The food did not live up to the positive reviews. I tried the Voodoo Jambalaya, which consisted of rice with shrimp and sausage topped with BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, the rice was bland and lacking seasoning. The meat and shrimp were fine, but overall the dish was underwhelming. My friend ordered the Yaya Pasta, which was also poorly seasoned. I ordered the red beans and rice with a mild spice level and it was fantastic. The shrimp and grits portion for breakfast was small but delicious. The bread pudding was unique and tasty. The staff were friendly, smiling, and created a relaxing atmosphere. They made my visit to Atlanta from Wichita very enjoyable. View all feedback.
