Went there on an NFL Sunday. At they had no NFL games on and no football sound. Apparently the DJ (only person who knows how to operate the screens) overslept that day. Took half an hour to get the games on and by then we were too annoyed to even stay. No manager apologized or even acknowledged what had happened. The entire place was livid.
