The line is always extremely long and moves very slowly. They often get my order wrong and consistently give me the incorrect sauces. The food is good, but I feel like I should be thanking the factory and the farmers instead of the restaurant. The staff is somewhat nice, which is the only reason I'm not giving them a lower rating.
