The houses are beutiful and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. The beach view is wonderful and sands are very soft. The beach is very long and connected. One of my best place to live in NY. View all feedback.

What Malvina C doesn't like about Clear Water Beach Club:
The beach is nice, but the management is AWFUL. The main manager overpromises and under-delivers. The sales pitch given when the member signs up is not what the member receives. I witnessed the club manager actually YELLING at members when they asked her about absent services. Yelling at them like they were misbehaving school children. Completely unprofessional. "I checked out Covenhoven with some friends on a Friday afternoon/evening while visiting Brooklyn. This is a happening little spot with a wide selection of beers on tap and in a large refrigerator for purchase. So many options to choose from and I enjoyed looking through the fridge section for the wild and quirky beers I've never heard of before. It was fun sitting out on their outdoor courtyard. There's some basic pub fare food as well if you get hungry. I would definitely stop back in again."
