I came in to use the bathroom and get a coffee, came out not doing both because the bathroom is out of service because they don 't have the key then ordered a coffee and they couldn 't make it and it tasted like chocolate. Then proceeded to ask for a refund and they kept me waiting for 15min to get a refund. They called thier boss which was no help at all and then this customer came in to order and he wanted to give...
