What Tami Van doesn't like about Pho Sydney:
Food is mediocre. Don’t get the spring rolls. Too much taro filler. The blood cakes in the bun bo hue is tacky. Flavor is fine but didn’t haven that hock inside. The pho is so so. Rare beef is good. Had a person that couldn’t eat spicy. Ordered a fish dish and confirmed it wasn’t spicy in Vietnamese. And it came out spicy. Chicken pho is served with white meat- ugh who does that. Came here on a weekend I have completely underestimated the popularity of this restaurant. The line was so long and we waited close to an hour and half just to get a table to sit down. You know this place is authentic when you see a whole bunch of Vietnamese lining up waiting to be seated.
