There's something wrong with the pizza here. The most obvious thing is that the sauce tastes like it has a ton of sugar in it. The cheese sits there rather limp, and doesn't have that stretchy, substantial texture. I can't make a judgment on the flavor of the cheese because the sweetness of the sauce overpowers any savory, dairy flavor it might have.
