El ícono de la incongruencia restaurantera se encuentra aquí en Atlixco Puebla. El lugar se dice llamar la choperia de San Miguel Fondita y choperia de fondita no tiene nada. Su menú es predominantemente italiano y el platillo típico mexicano de la región lo sirvieron frío y mal. Los meseros se tardan demasiado, comida fría.
