Drive through screen and Speaker all messed up.But the service was good and

Tried several times to get a soft serve ice cream but the ice cream machine is always broken , same with the shake machine.

The only person I would give a ten,Is the girl that was cleaning up ,The girl with the girl with the headset on was awful, She was eating on the floor rubbing her hands threw her hair,And also texting on the phone,And then went to serve fries ?, She had a burgundy shirt with headset on,Went there to around 130pm on 02-09-2024 Never again.

I have lived in Atmore for over 10 years, and never at any point in that time frame has this ever been a decent establishment. The employees simply don't care, they have gotten my orders wrong 90% of the time. The only thing impressive about this store is the fact that it hasn't been shut down by the BBB. 0/10. Stay away at all cost.

First they shorted me a dollor second they poured water into my tea to fill the glass right in front of me. 3rd when I call to talk to the manager, phone goes to a fax line.
