The blue moon rice with beef ordered was the worse ever!!! Was burnt rice. Taste horrible only with three strips of beefs. The scorpion was mostly ice. Appetizer fried dumplings was not fresh!No thank you. And was so loud at the bar. Horrible! View all feedback.
