You guys need better customer service. Cashier seemed to be in a bad mood, bored, and rude. He didn't greet us or try to make conversation. We left with only one thing but we would've bought more items or even ordered food! However his attitude and face was unwelcoming making us feel uncomfortable View all feedback.

"We've been coming to Em-Tea for years. We've always felt that the boba itself isn't particularly sweet, and the pearls themselves are smaller than other boba places. We like to come back and support, as it's a Merced classic. The space is super inviting and fun to lounge in. There's always a line! The staff are kind as well."
