"Very normal food for the price. Risotto nearly inedible… grainy and chewy. I suggest they travel to Madrid and go to Ten con Ten and see what a risotto should taste like. Especially if they want to charge the prices they do. With the quality of restaurants in Maastricht I wouldn’t need to go back."

"The last night of our city trip maastricht we went to bistro croquant. what a beautiful experience! the concept, the music and the atmosphere were so different! we really enjoyed eating different croquettes with a very friendly service. some combinations that they would never do; they dare; and the result is incredible; for example olive oil on ice! in any case one must go when they are mashed."
