I don't usually go to this place. It was very busy, 4 cars on each side. When I was on the line after 10 minutes, I noticed there were 5 or 6 baristas. Not sure why it took so long until the line moved. Barista asked what I wanted. I told her my drink, hot 20oz not fat peppermint latte. She saw something in her hand and she said an icy 16oz mocha.
