We called first thing this morning because I could never get through on Saturday to order. Like everyone else we heard about this place and saw the reviews and I just can't deny good sushi. : We had a large order of 8 rolls and oh man we put ourselves into a happy food coma with them. While their presentation was beautiful, tuna should never look like this. This is gassed tuna that makes it vibrant red and less prone to discoloration, making it difficult to determine how fresh it is.
