What Brad Monahan doesn't like about Classic City Cookies:
100% do not recommend. I absolutely love their cookies and they do a good job, but their customer service makes the experience terrible. I am getting messages such as “oh my gosh. Ok.” And when I first spoke to them about wanting my cookies to be pastel instead of the bright colors in the picture, they were fine with it. But a few weeks later they asked me what I wanted and were shocked that I wanted pastel and said the most they could do was lighten up the colors. I will not be buying from here again.
