"We have been eating here for many years. The food has always been good, the service prompt with the servers being attentive and friendly. The hot bread and minestrone soup are so very good that i sometimes will fill up on them and i will have to take my entree home to eat later. I can not think of a negative comment to add to this review."

"Stopped here in Auburn on our drive from Sacramento to Lake Tahoe. Super neat little mining town with a rich history and then this great cafe spot! The coffee, breakfast sandwhich, and avocado toast we had were superb. Loved the layout of this place with the additional upstairs seating, side yard, and balcony, plenty of options. It's counter order and they bring out any food to your table. They have a sort of open concept kitchen so you can watch the food prep. The place has a lot of character and would definitely visit again along this route on a future trip."
