Steak 'n Shake - Auburn

Sometimes there is a long wait for food, but it is cooked to order and they are usually underoccupied and so I always give them the advantage of doubt. they do the best they can. Actually, you can't believe all the bad reviews here. I never had a bad experience. I always end up with a great server and the food is always great!!

Our server was great. Our burger was great. The parmesan garlic seasoned fries were nothing but their same old fries with a flavor powder on them (a unique spice for them would have been better). They were understated, which led us to waiting to sit when they had several empty tables.
