I don’t normally write reviews, but I had an abysmal customer service experience today. I can’t do turbinado and I ordered the Island Green smoothie. I forgot to ask for the Detox Island Green, which is on me, but I went back in to fix my error. The worker had her headphones in and refused to acknowledge me, and once she did, she looked me up and down and snatched the cup from my hand when I asked for a different smo... View all feedback.
Great staff but ingredients like bananas are not as good as they used to be. Green bananas have little flavor and not good in smoothies.
Horrible service, not in uniform.Poorly made smoothies.Lights turned off with 2 hours left of time open. Openly rude to our faces. Fire those people immediately...
