What John Alhelm doesn't like about Sarah's Coffee:
Poor service. Clueless employee that unapologetically forgot to give us our food, which we waited 30 minutes for a bagel. After we reminded her, we got our bagel breakfast sandwich which was not good at all and wasn’t even toasted. Like cardboard! Coffee was not good. Won’t be coming back! View all feedback.
The cold brew is just yesterdays coffee. Once it was clearly hazelnut mixed in as that was the previous flavored coffee of the day. At that price point I thought maybe they just didn 't know how to price a 32oz cold brew, nope; it 's not cold brew. Just put 'iced coffee ' on the menu instead of cold brew. This place is a milkshake joint, not a coffee shop.
Went in today and watched the sales girl drop something on the floor and put it into some one sandwich……… I was extremely disgusted and will never buy any food there ever again

The coffee is OK for the price. However, the two times I was in this week I mentioned to two different baristas that the back of the bean grinder is caked with dust. The first barista did nothing. If I go back next week and still nothing has been done to clean it I won't go back. ?
The perfect local coffee shop! Great lattes, yummy food, wonderful service, and a great atmosphere to relax or get some work done.
